SurfinSapo's Chicken & Andouille Jambalaya

I made a test Jambalaya with chicken and adouille sausage. I used my newly seasoned Jambalaya pot from bayou classic. It was fun to make and tasted awesome. I shared it with my coworkers.

Psst SS, if ya use deboned chicken parts its easyer to eat.
Thighs have the best flavor in a Jamb.

SS cubed pork butt in jambalaya is good too,
so is shrimp but they normaly use tomatos when making seafood Jamb.
