Bob, They are all over... just not as big as William-Sonoma.
There is one that I go to in Charlotte. These days it is probably actually a better kitchen store than W-S. More 'real' stuff in there, and more brands.

I've been to the one in Santa Barbara. The was packed with items. It didn't have that W-S clean and open feel. I had to walk around 3 times just to make sure I didn't miss anything. I'll say too, it's a better store than W-S, more items to choose from. BTW, I went to W-S to pick up the rib racks and the lady didn't know what they were. Oh well...
