Okay Cappy, let me be the one who asks....what is the cheese melted all over in picture #2? It looks like english muffins, but thats only a guess.

yep, a mixture of crab meat, grated swiss cheese, cream cheese, a little mace, sherry and lemon juice, spread on half of an english muffin, then topped with shredded mozzarella and provolone, and baked until the cheese is melted. Pretty good stuff.
