On Sunday as my wife and I were cheering on the Chargers and I was munching away on spicy pork rinds and drinking cold beers when my hunger grew. So, I took out a bag of pulled pork from the freezer, cut up some rolls, added some slaw and made pulled pork sandwiches. They were tasty.
