Sunday Breakfast Dog

Serious eats had a list of BallPark Dogs last week that gave me a craving so I threw this together for breakfast Sunday Morning. Not too fancy, but tasty. Steamed some dogs, topped with some pepperjack, bacon, fried eggs, homefries and some trappy's. Turned out to be a mouthfull.

Re: Sunday Breakfast Dog

Home Fries, onions and bacon on a dog? Sounds like a treat to me! I will have to remember that arrangement.
