Stuffed Peppers and salad

Well I didn't get too creative tonight.

Made some stuffed peppers and salad.

Peppers are stuffed with 1 lb ground pork, 1 onion minced, 2 carrots grated some garlic powder and a box of Zatarains Dirty rice mix.

Well the only thang I see missing is the pork liver. It take pork liver to make Boudan and/or Dirty Rice ya know? Hopefully the Zatarains had some powdered pork liver in it. If not...can you say..spank me daddy I been a bad girl? That is awful heavy on the carrots too. Whuts up with that? You have been a bad girl.
