JB, great minds think alike. We had fried chicken and Zatarans Dirty Rice last Saturday. We used the family pack and had alot left over, so I made Stuffed Bell Peppers too. I even cut them in half as you did, normally I just hollow them out but the damn peppers were huge. I added whole tomatoes around them and during the last 10 minutes put mozzarella cheese on top.
