Stinky Dallas?

So the wife's car is in the shop, so she needs to drive the catering van.
I keep "Dallas" my WSM in there, she comes running into the house screaming "you stupid SOB! it smells like hickory smoked pork in there!"
She will get over it. Smells good to me.

I'm certainly glad you clairfied who stinky Dallas was!

Thanks for thinking of me when you named it. Makes me feel kind of like a Godfather to your WSM!

Although I will admit, that after smoking all day yesterday, I smelled a lot like hickory and pork myself!

Pigs, you need a business card, "Have WSM, will travel". That'll separate the old farts from the kids.

Dallas, it's way better naming the WSM after you, than, say, the porta potty like all those poor bastards named John.

I've got the mobile, a WSM, and a Weber Kettle in my garage. I keep the doors on the pit open just so I can smell that!
