SRIRACHA HOT SAUCE !!!!!

I found a really great hot sauce last week. It is not new but I have never seen it before. It’s called SRIRACHA Hot Chili Sauce. This stuff is GREAT!!!!! It is as about as hot as Tabasco with 10 times the flavor. I found it at World Market but other stores carry it. Although it appears to be an Asian condiment it has no particular Asian flavor, just red Jalapeño chilies, garlic and vinegar and is made in California. Give it a try it’s totally addicting.

I use it a lot when I do asian dishes. The wife likes putting on as a side like ketchup. I found it in an asian market.

Real good with asian food. My wife mixes a little of it with mayo and uses it as a dip for sushi. She is not a soy sauce fan.

Try Sirracha, fish oil and Hoison sauce. That is good.
Even add in a little duck sauce if you want.
