Spuds & Suds

This Is pretty easy yall, drink beer while cookin
Buy the largest baking tators you can find & bake em,
brown well 3lbs G chuck add salt & pepper drain off fat,
chop 2 med onions, 1 large B pepper & add to skillit,
press 2 to 4 garlic toes into skillit,
add some seasoning , your choice. I used oregano,,
add some red wine about 1/3 cup & some water,
cover & simmer till veggies are tender & liquid has reduced by 1/2
cut open baked tator & fluff insides, pour 1 stick of melted butter on tator,
pile on meat mixture & cheese, return to oven till cheese is melted.
top with chives bacon bits & sour cream.

This is 1 of many stuffing recipes, You could make em with
shrimp, crab, sausage, BBQ, chicken, steak tips mushrooms & gravy,
Italian with meat sauce,,stir fry, veggie
or any combo of what floats ya boat...

I'm guessing it won't get the "Heart Healthy" stamp from the American Heart Association , but I'd eat that.
