Well it seems that spring is upon us.
With that in mind, what's on the menu for the weekend?

Got a cryo of spares thawing.... So some ribbage. 2 racks? maybe 3?

Meat guy charged me fo "Country Style Ribs". $22 for 3 full racks of spares. [smilie=a_chuckle.gif] 8)

Still got 2 feet of snow on the shady side of my garage (of course that's where my big pig cooker is)... and the sunny side has about an inch or two here and there with 5 inches of mud where there is no snow........I hate Spring!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish it could jump straight from Winter right into Summer.
