Spicewine Smoker

Not that I have the cash right now to buy another smoker but hopefully soon. I love my WSM but I want a smoker with multi racks and was looking at the Spicewine smoker, anyone have one and if so, thoughts or suggestions on others? Here's a link to the Spicewine website.

I've heard of them but am partial to Backwoods and Stumps for that type of smoker.

Jay Curry is a top notch pit maker! I have interviewed him before on the show. You CANNOT go wrong with a Spicewine cooker!!

According to Stumps people... everything is a knockoff of a Stumps.

Re: Spicewine Smoker

Well I don't care who knocked up or off who..I just take the one which cooks the best I mean them thangs aint nutting but rectangular and insulated WSM's. I could make one if I wasn't so busy most likely.
I would make mine much simpler than the store bought models. There is way too much crazy injuneering on them gizmos. Hollow walls with air ducts. Now thats a hoot. They still cook hotter on the bottom.
