Special Mother's Day Cookie

My eldest daughter showed up this morning with a large bag of Mother's Day cookies she baked special for her mom. They were made with traditional chocolate chip cookie dough and they had a surprise inside . . . a Double Stuffed Oreo cookie. Sounds disgusting but they really taste good!!

I'm so proud of my eldest daughter, Lila . . . she's going places!

One of the sushi restaurant in serves tempura battered deep fried Oreos for desert. They actually are really good.

That's great! I've made deep fried oreos before but never baked them like that. My wife made chocolate chip cookies for mothers day. Going to have to show her this post and I'm sure she'll want to give it a go!

I made garlic sandwich and butter cake for my mummy on mothers day. She like much it. I made it first time by helping the cooking website. At late evening we were go for dinner at restaurant.
