Anyone have any recipes for this? I saw a recipe in SAVEUR magazine and wondered if anyone has a good recipe for it.
 
I do a mustard slather, rub, and stick a bunch of cloves in and in the smoker. Pull it out at 170F. I like it. It's great sliced about a quarter inch grilled over lump (no wood). In the wsm no water pan middle rack.
