Southern fried pork chops

Southern fried pork chops on the menu tonight from a recipe I found online. No grilling for me tonight, too wet.You know us Californians, if its not sunny and warm we need to call a state of emergency.

Soaked the chops in some buttermilk for an hour, put some seasoning on the chops and seasoned the flour.

Served with mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans The whole family loved it.

Thanks for looking

John

Greet looking meal Vermin! The weather has us down, too. Can't wait until these storms head back East where they belong. I'm going for some ribs and brisket in the WSM this weekend in preparation for the games. Sorry about the Chargers. I was rooting for them myself.
