Today my secret santa came, hopefully now I'll be motivated to brave the cold and find the smoker.

Looks good. Yes kindly repoat back on the taste expuriments. Also get your Santa to send you some Scot's Brand Sauce sometime. Think it made in NC but know you can snag it in old Virginny.
