Some Smokin, Grillin and camping
A few weeks ago I smoked up some ribs a brisket and some salmon. I had the ribs and brisket on the WSM and I used the offset for the salmon. I sliced up the brisket and vac packed to take camping, I also vac packed the salmon. The side dish was a really nice sweet potato dish a friend brought over. The other pics are from this last weekend, we went camping at Leo Carillo. I grilled up some steaks and corn with a nice green salad. I don’t have pics of lunch but we had BBQ brisket sandwiches, they were awesome and I’ll definitely do that again.

We used to tent camp until we had kids, I got tired of dragging them to the rest room in the middle of the night. Also, we ride dirt bikes in the Mojave dessert and it gets mighty cold and rainy out there in the wintertime. The Mrs likes to be cozy ya know and if the queen is happy, the kingdom is happy

Looks like a great time. Nice rig. Our old buggy works for Val and I.

Every thing works, and it's paid for. Just like me, not pretty, but functional.
