Good point. We ate a lot of squirrel when I was a kid. Squirrel was the first animal my Dad took me hunting.

First animal I ever hunted.
We made squirrel spaghetti.
It wasn't bad.
My first hunting trip......provisions were running a little low.

JB, you should trap a few Nutrias in the creek behind your house and make a video cookin them Cajun style.. Show all the steps.

  1. trappin it. [/*:m:2ouxl9xu]
  2. dressing it out.[/*:m:2ouxl9xu]
  3. marinating it and rubbing it.[/*:m:2ouxl9xu]
  4. Baking or if you prefer BBQ-ing it.[/*:m:2ouxl9xu]
  5. Making side dishes to eat with it.[/*:m:2ouxl9xu]
  6. Eating the whole dam thing.[/*:m:2ouxl9xu]

If you can do that you are a real badass Cajun!!!!!
