Sold my first smoker

A friend and team mate wanted to buy my offset smoker last year. I told him that if and when I build a new one, that I would give him first dibbs.

Well, the new smoker is almost ready and the wife said that the drive way wont handle any more smokers. He made me an offer and I think it is a good deal both ways. All I have to do is give her a good paint job and a cleaning and she is good to go.

Who knows, maybe I could be selling smokers to Northern VA residents.

I'm glad you could use the win-win model in selling that pit, Bill

Well, I just got back from delivering the smoker to Charlie. Stopped for gas and could have sold it to a guy there. Ended up giving him a card and he said he will get in touch. It was kinda sad seeing someone else pulling my pit away . Oh well, the new one will be back in a week.
