Kids shouldn't have asked me that. I took the whole family over to an old gentlemans garden to help me pic pickles. On the way over I made the statement that " When we get started, I want everyone to pick only the DILL pickles because I do not like SWEET pickles".......... There was a moment of silence and then my wife asked the question........" How do you tell the difference ?".

I picked on Tue and again of Thu. Cucumbers sure grow fast. I guess I will pick until my back can't stand it anymore which is going to be soon.

I had the pleasure of picking them thangs one summer for fun and profit. Worked 3 days and made two bucks I think. Cagey old crook who hired us just wanted us to clean up his patch by getting rid of all the old big yellow ones. He got some real cheap labor on that deal.
