I know George sells and uses the baffle on the Weber. It works great. May just have to contact the folk of this new product to see what it's all about. Might be fun to play with if I could score a demo.

One of the guys at the Pitmasters Class had one of those and used it for some ribs. They came out pretty good.

I don't know well it work but reading his site and you allmost want to pull out the wallet and buy one. I wish he would put together a video of how it work and how long it well last on one batch of coals.
