I do them every chance I get! Load them with garlic, grill medium rare and serve with mint jelly! Trust me, would I lie?

Ok. but little lambys are soo cute. It's gonna be tough!
P.S. love the mint jelly. Don't eat pork chops without it.

Oh yeah, I grab those lamb T-bones every chance I get. They are tasty little guys when done medium rare. Try 'em with chimichurri sauce.

Costco has the best lamb chops and they are from Australia. Grill them with salt and pepper to an internal temp of 135 to 140 degrees. They are great!

Re: Smallest T Bones I Ever Saw.

I snag them when ever I see them at my local market. Boy howdy they are good! Had a friend that had a lamb farm back in the 80's.( Retired guy ) Made a good living off selling wool and lamb meat. He was "old school" and did it all him self. Kind of cool we would walk the pasture and look for puff balls. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Puffball For those who don't know what they are. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giant_puffball That and lamb, tasty indeed.
