Set them up......

....for the week. Last week I was out of town on business. Before I left, I set my wife and daughter up with a dinner or two and a couple of lunches.
While I was cooking I decided to do a few of them brussel sprout balls to snack on while I finished the roast beef and the bread.

Bread is onion dill

And the roast beef with Montreal Seasoning

Wow Nick. You're on a tear. That roast looked super. What cut of beef was that?

Yes, eye of round. Wrap the frozen brussel sprouts in bacon and throw on grill.
