Seafood Feast

Another inside meal due to the funky weather.

Decided to fry up some seafood and bought some flouder to go along with it but forgot to cook it. There should be a warning on Miller Lite cans that state something to the effect 'you may forget things'..

Anyways we fried up panko crusted shrimp, scallops, okra and hush puppies and served with MY Version of Remoulade Sauce, whether it was right or wrong, it ended up tasting exactly how I wanted it to and it was gooooood!

Seafood was meant to be fried. Good job Larry.

That plate and a couple of cold ones would be perfect on any given day! Thanks for sharing.
