Score!!

My wife's grandmother was doing some housekeeping and decided she didn't need her mixer anymore and was curious if I wanted it, and I did. (I've never bought one for some reason.) Turns out it's a kitchenetics mixer with a lots of attachments including a meat grinder. It's kinda old but ya can't beat free.

I think Pringles initial intention was to make tennis balls, but on the day the rubber was supposed to arrive a big truck full of potatoes showed up, but Pringles is a laid back company, they said "What the hell, cut 'em up."

NICE!!! but where is the pic? Sometimes the older the better, the quality of things today aren't what they used to be.

Here's some quick pics, it's already been in use with tamale dough. That's just the first batch of attachments I washed.
