Looks good JB. Only thang I notice missing is the sour kraut and the cheese. Know that prob around there somewhere most likely.

Once again looking REAL good, JB! I really look forward to your videos. Gods help us, it makes me want to do my own some day. *(shudder)*

But I gotta ask where's the cheese... some good, extra sharp cheddar would go very well with that I must say.

I'm trying to talk the wife into investing in an indoor herb and pepper garden. Can't grow anything outside for the next few months in the mountains and at this altitude... looking forward to days that MAY be reaching above freezing.

I love the idea of home made chili powder and herbs. That's my next project I think. I agree, the mass produced chili powder is like DIRT.

Look soupo, You tube's servers rejects duplicate file uploads. Its just a repeat of the same dish made last year.

At least I don't do briskit every weekend :twisted:

Tony I'll do cheese & sumtimes krout to add flavor to plain ol hotdog weinies, But real sausage don't need no pick me up.
