Salsa de Tomate Verde

Green tomatillo salsa
1 pound fresh tomatillos
1 T veg oil
1/2 charred onion
1 clove charred garlic
12 cilantro sprigs (or Marijuana leafs )
1/4 t black pepper
pinch dried oregano
1/4 t salt

Good stuff. It will thicken up over night. Just buzz it up in the blender. Tequila optional. But recommended.

Looks and sounds good! Thanks, Pigs. Never had tomatillos, seen them just never bought any. That will change now.
