Sad Day for KCBS

Gary Wells, founder of the Kansas City Barbecue Society passed away yesterday. This information from the BBQForum posted by Jim Minion.

It was probably the inclusion of gas fired cookers that did him in.

That's too bad indeed. Be nice if KCBS did a memorial cook off every year for the man who started it all for the organization.
