I've been MIA for the most part as the summer months have gotten busy, but haven't quit cooking.

Put together this cheese steak sammie. I thought over cooking the sliced ribeye would make it more tender, but I was wrong. Next time, I'm sticking to medium rare!

Had some fingerling potatoes left over, so I quartered them and made french fries out of them. They were GOOD!
