Arizona Tea sells a White Tea in a 16oz glass bottle that would be perfect for bottling bbq sauce.

The label comes off real easy and could easily be replaced. The lid has their name on it.

If I am selling bbq to folks at work. would there be any problems with selling sauce re-bottled like that ?

Bottle of tea $1.00

Empty bottle $0.60

I think there may be some sort of "Intellectual Rights" law going on there with the design of their bottle and a whole seperate legal deal with the name on the cap too.

Kinda boils down to the fact that someone pays tons of money for design and rights to do a certain thing or product (that bottle)....and then you profit from it in some form.

May not be a good idea..... just my $.02

"Big Lot's" seems to be the best deal on jars and lids around here. Forget now whut I paid for em but vividly recall it was about half of whut
Albertsons was charging.
