Re Using Bottles

Arizona Tea sells a White Tea in a 16oz glass bottle that would be perfect for bottling bbq sauce.

The label comes off real easy and could easily be replaced. The lid has their name on it.

If I am selling bbq to folks at work. would there be any problems with selling sauce re-bottled like that ?

Bottle of tea $1.00

Empty bottle $0.60

I think there may be some sort of "Intellectual Rights" law going on there with the design of their bottle and a whole seperate legal deal with the name on the cap too.

Kinda boils down to the fact that someone pays tons of money for design and rights to do a certain thing or product (that bottle)....and then you profit from it in some form.

May not be a good idea..... just my $.02

Bill Arnold turned me on to the Dollar store. A case of 12 pint jars are five bucks. That's with lids and screw bands.

"Big Lot's" seems to be the best deal on jars and lids around here. Forget now whut I paid for em but vividly recall it was about half of whut
Albertsons was charging.

WTF guys? It's friends at work. Do it.

If you venture outside your work or neighborhood friends, make sure to use fresh bottles.
