Rain Ravaged Rancher Really Ruined? Rat!

I had bought a bunch of Rancher last week and moved most of it up under cover but I guess I got lazy and had pasted the FI Pops No Pick up heavy stuff rule.

I left 3 bags in the back of my truck and it's rained 3" here in last 2 days AND my truck was pointing down hill so it filled to like 5" drownding them 3 bags.

Are they ruined?
I've never had much luck drying out coals. If left in bag to dry they will mold and I ain't burning that around food.

Not sure I have room to lay out 60lbs of coals and let dry in the sun either.

As cheap as the stuff is that's just $10 but who wants to just burn $10? Ahhh well you know what I mean.

Chuck it and just COPE?

I left some charcoal in a bucket and it got wet. What did not dissolve, dried out and was fine.
