R.I.P. Richard Wright

Founding member/keyboardist for Pink Floyd passed away to cancer today at the age of 65. Bummer. Gone to that Great Gig in the Sky. My favorite all time band.

Even with the hurricane, and the horrendous day the market had today, the disgusting losses by the Buckeyes, and the Browns, this is by far, the worst news I could have seen. A great writer and musician. He and David Gilmour singing on Echoes was pure beauty. RIP Richard. You willl be missed.

Well always a sad day amongst remaining family and friends when a person exchanges the old Earth Suit for their new Heaven Suit. Now as far as his musical gifts...I don't think it prob be in the field of country..western...cajun.. bluegrass or Southern Gospel. No wonder I ain't never heard of him. Praying hard for Jesus to welcome the nice fella in question with Open Arms.

It's impossible to imagine Pink Floyd without Richard Wright's keyboards. A remarkable talent. RIP.
