Quick Snack Food

Had another pack of venison that I had thawed out, but didn't cook Saturday night so I needed to do something with it. So I sliced it up and threw it into a zip loc with 'stuff' in the fridge. I ended up with a bottom of the bottle soy, worcestershire and Zesty Italian dressing along with a little extra seasonings. (odd combination but it ended up pretty darn good) Marinated for a couple hours then skewered and then under the broiler for a couple minutes. My 6 year old daughter is a huge nacho fan so she made up a pan of those for us! She loves to cook so I let her do whatever she wants in the kitchen!!

Looks good Larry. You did tell your daughter that a recipe is just a guide line.
Let her go crazy in the kitchen! Ya never know what might happen.

Looks good Larry. At the Chinese Restaurant up in Vernon they call that the Bo Bo platter..prob come with a little flied lice on the side. Doubt they serve it with Nachos..though did also have some real good Mexican food. Only thang is they used the real stringy cheese. You swallow a bite of the enchilada and half the cheese is in your tummy and the other end is still hanging out in your mouf. Like to drove me crazy. Very pretty and obviously talented assistant you got there! Nice to know little girls are still taught to cook these days. I got a future ex-DIL who dont know how to boil water.
