Quesadilla ala Tobe.

We were trying to figure out what to do with the leftover chicken from Friday night and an idea popped into my head, quesadillas. We loaded up tortillas with cheese, chicken and peperonciniís then placed another tortilla on top. I then got out the old George Forman, sprayed it down with some nonstick spray and cooked em for 5mins. They arenít much to look at and Iím sorry for the crappy pics but they tasted darn good. Next time Iíll try sautťed onions and fresh peppers.

On the George Forman with my improvised drip pan, I lost the original.

Mine cut in half.

Way to go Tobe. I like the way you use your resources. That's using your head.

Re: Quesadilla ala Tobe.

It's hard to beat a quesadilla made from leftovers and improvised! I hope you put some sour cream and salsa on it!?!
