Pulled Pork Trucioli

Pulled Pork Trucioli
Drove in from NC and went straight to work. When I got home I had to scramble to find some eats. Decided I wanted pasta and got my sauce going. Fresh roma tomatoes, garlic, mushrooms, etc. Remembered I had some frozen pork so I 'chunked' off a hunk and threw it in the pot. Good Eats.
