Yum yum. Making me hongry. Heard somebody advertising half pork loins for 1.89 up here just the other day. Might be time to make something like that.

Easier than falling off a log.

Pork Chops & Rice

Brown the pork chops and add one can of Golden Mushroom soup mixed with water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. In the meantime cut up as much peppers and onions as you want. After 30 minutes add the peppers & onion, bust open one of those bags of Boil In rice and add that too. Cover and simmer another 30 minutes and you’re good to go
 
Thanks John got it copied. Not sure how folks survived prior to the invention of that Golden Mushroom Soup. Warden uses it to make a killer version of hamgurber steaks and chuck roast. Sometimes I just eat it outta the can with a spoon.
