Humm Nice pics John But it don't look like southern La. red beans & rice. For 1 we cook the beans seperate from the rice. Pork chops are a great acompanyment for any bean & rice dish. I'm not sayin that yours is yuck Its just not what I was raised on

sorry ol'Boy but i have never seen that before and i called my Lafayette office and asked them Cajuns about that and them boy's have never heard of that either . must be above I-10 thing . :scratch .

Oct that does look good too. love P/C with RB&R thats the wa to go too .
