Pit Pirate VaCAJUN Shrimps & Sausage JB-Lya

Pit Pirate North Carolina VaCAJUN Shrimps & Sausage JB-Lya

I'm down here at the Beach in Nags Head, NC and I got this pack of Oak Grove Smokehouse Creole Jambalya Mix and we are planning on making it tonight

I gots some Beef Sausage and I got some FRESH Shrimps.

It says I have to add pre-cooked meat and the Beef Sausage is precooked. My question is if this needs to boil and simmer for 20-25 minutes do I need to precook the Shrimps?

I know not to add ANY Seasonings or Salts cuz I was paying Attention to my Boy JB in his Video.

I can saute or peel and grill them Shrimps. Grilling sounds better but I got a Gas Grill here...grrrrrrr.

Advice?
I'll call JB if'n I don't get an answer before I start.

Weather is perfect and all is ROCKING! Tomorrow I work on my "Research" and will also contact a Realtor about looking for a small BBQ Carryout place. I can see they need some Good BBQ down here.

Gotta get a POP.
brb
peace

I did toss them in a heated pan but for only a min and in the pan. I sliced and got some brown on the sausage slices and they are all in the pot getting hot.

Man the house is already smelling great but I'm still slightly distracted buy Bikini ladies around the house.

I did find JB and Sapo some cool stuff down here too.

Thanks for the advice and friendship guys!

Mike,

sounds like your having a good time and the weather turned around. Are you taking pictures? Did you research the effects of sand and salt water on the flavor of beer?

Been bustin it this week and need to get back to it.

Enjoy!

Thanks guys. This has to be my best vacation in a million years.

JB I didn't add nothing boy and did just as ya said. Gonna have some for lunch too!

Brian I've been working on that the whole time and still don't have results I am ready to post. POP! Let's see how this one dows.

Mr. Wolfe...thank you Sir.

They called for bad weather here all week and it's been spot on perfect except for some clouds yesterday.

Going to a place called "Try My Nuts" in a bit. They gots a wall of thousands of Hot Sauces and I plan to pick a few out for some of you boys. I think they site is at http://trymynuts.com

My brother Brad is taking us all out tonight to a HIGH $ Steak place down here called "Prime Only". They go every year they come down but Chele and I have more modest means so this will be a very nice treat we could never do. They're site is http://primeonlyobx.com

I just came up from the pool to grab a few beers and change clothes. I was swimming but 1 legged dewd swim in a darn circle. lol

Oh, like I said I will be quazi-looking for a possible Carryout location for my business. I don't have tons of money but my partner Tim has Millions he is looking to invest. I could have 2 restaurants now if I wanted to live in Lake Anna Virginia. I want to live here and they need a good BBQ Joint.

ok, back to my Research on Carolina BBQ and the effects of sand in my beer consumption. I can already tell you my consumption is WAY more already. Damn wife brings me one at about 10:30 AM each day. lol

Thanks guys
peace and Q' Grease
