Pan Fried Salmon Cakes, Stewed Squash and Candied Carrots

I grew up eating the salmon and the squash. Don't be shunned with the canned salmon if you haven't tried it. It's good!! My Mom used to make three things better than anyone, fried chicken, fried liver and onions and salmon cakes. Yeah, everything good was fried back then!!

Salmon cakes huh? Well us po white trash calls that Salmon Patties. My Mama bound to made them the best. Then she up and taught me how to do it. Now I have strictly grand prize winners. Actually Carp Patties are best. Make a person chunk rocks at Salmon if they ever get to taste one. Its a lot of manuel labor..not even counting going fishing etc. That is a giant pain in the bootie of itself. Salmon is for everyday..carp is for company. Fortunately yours looks good too I'm sure. It hard to watch movies on here because I have to turn off the classic country imputing from the ear buds and stuff like that.
