A friend came up from NC with a bushel of oysters and gave
me half. We've had some raw, roasted and sauted and finally
needed some of the bigger ones breaded and fried.
Breading was:
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup panko crumbs

























Oh, gotta have some hushpuppies...




and soup of the day...


with some left-over ribs...
 
Are you sure you're not from North Carolina?

Those fried oysters looked like home to me. Hushpuppies on the side???

Get me a big plate. All you need now is slaw and a beer!!!!!
