JB,
How much water did you use in your dough recipe? I actually made two pizza last night. You've got me hooked again.
? water
3 cups bread flour
1 cup semolina flour
2 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
oregano
garlic powder
Are the above quanities correct?
Thanks.

Yes & water is 1.5 cups @ 110degs. remember the tricks are don't over mix, refigerate at least 24hrs & let come to room temp for 1hr before handling
