Onion Soup

We make this often but tonight I combined several different methods/recipes and it turned out to be the best I've ever made! Only thing was due to timing and where I live I was unable to get Gruyere cheese, so provolone improvised. Other than that this rocked!

I'd love to make that for my mother. It's her favorite.

Did you write it down?

Will you share it?
