Wife is scheduled for a procedure today that only allowed her clear liquids, or Jell-O, yesterday. I had planned on a burger and fries for dinner but just could not bring myself to cook it up since she was so hungry and unable to eat. Hmm, what to do; time to get creative. Threw some bacon fat in the skillet and browned some chopped ham, a couple of eggs on top of that, then covered for a minute. Popped a piece of bread in the toaster and I was eating in about five minutes. It was very good.

It flippin amazing. I gain 5 lbs everytime I log onto this forum. Thanks for the pics John. Hope things go well with the wife today.

Procedure went fine.

Cappy,

Bacon grease melted down real fast, odor disappeared very fast. Better then a burger and onions frying.
