Greg, I just looked at your web site, I love a good wine as well any suggestions?

I have a few...

2001 Marques De Riscal
2003 Chianti Classico Riserva (Banfi)
2004 Rubizzo (Sangiovese)

If you go to the blog and click on my corkd journal you can see all the wines I have tasted. I don't have any really expensive bottles in my cellar but if you are looking for something that you can't find let me know. I have a video podcast customer who owns the largest wine shop in NE Ohio and he has everything!! :D

By the way, I higly suggest watching www.winelibrarytv.com I have learned a lot about wine from Gary!! :D

Wittdog, you must be a real guru I've had someone else mention your jerky recipe.

Thanks for the invite. I'll have to try it with the white oak.

Nick,

What type of BBQ do they prefer on Long Island? I'm really curious, my wife is from Mantaw, or however you spell it? You guys like a wet or dry Q? I'm in North Carolina and know how everyone down here likes it.

Give me some feed back eh?

Thanks,

Okay, I'm detecting a bit of a southern accent with that spelling  . Ask her where she is from again and maybe I've heard of it. Most like it wet here, I go both ways

As you can tell I really have no clue. Her family moved down here a long time ago and I met her here. I should have said Wantaw I think. Is this right? Forgive the accent.

Wantagh! Yep, I know where that is. Almost directly south of me. Crazy White Man is from there.
