Now that's a mater

We're having a terrible problem fighting the blight, but still getting pretty good production. Here's todays tomato haul - the big fella beside the softball weighed 1 lb 5oz

The blight showed up in Massachusetts a few weeks ago. When did things get bad in Tennessee? I've been spraying with Serenade, an organic fungicide. So far so good. Things are not going so well at our CSA and we'll be getting a lot of green tomatoes from our farmer.

Those look super! Things are a little slow here this year. We go to the farm market every week and all I get is" might be next week " Enjoy.

Many many years. The blight fight is an annual ritual, which I usually win, but it may win this year.
