Not sure how I feel about this

Found this article on another forum. On one hand yeah for my arteries. On the other hand how much you wanna bet it will raise the price of brisket.

I knew ole JB was on to sumtin when he fried them taters in brisket fat !!!

Dr.Rag's research has shown pork ribs and butts to be much healthier than olive oil or dry salads. He presently is looking for Federal research grants to pursue chicken skin.
