Witt aint from Pa. Wit= cheeze wiz, the traditional topping. mushrooms are optional

they also use shaved ribeye.

Looks fine John, they got 2 places less than 1/2 mile from house that makes em. Now a cubano poboy none in town.
& I loves me some cubanos. (I would post a photo but Greg will delete my post) I'll have to make that soon with yellow rice, black beans & fried plantains

Yup. "Wit" is with onions, "Wit Whiz" means onions, n Cheese Whiz....nasty stuff that. Stuff like peppers n shrooms are added post the obligatory ordering protocol.
