Similar to a recipe I use for Chicken with cheese added. Forgot to get the cheese so I just made this up as I went along.
Next time I’ll use more bacon and a couple of larger red potatoes.
No Name Chicken
2 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts – Dipped in Flour/Breadcrumb Mix
1/8 Pound Bacon - Sliced
2 Small Red Potatoes - Diced
1/2 Large Green Pepper - Chopped
1/2 Large Re Pepper – Chopped
1 Medium Onion – Sliced
3 Cloves Garlic – Chopped
1 Small Tomato – Chopped
Fry bacon in large skillet, remove. Save grease, add lard, Brown potatoes and chicken. Remove chicken; add all vegetables
except tomato, sauté. Add chicken and tomato, heat until tomatoes are warm.
