That's a killer po boy.. I gues I could use a crockpot for a over nighter. What did you put on it afterwards? Mayo? That juice would be killer on some mashed potatos. Fine Grub JB!!! [smilie=a_goodjob.gif]

The juice is exelent on rice SS but thats a whole other meal. I put mayo (traditional) buy horseradish would be fine too
